A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as described below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HomezInno UG (Limited Liability), Georgstraße 38, 30159 Hannover, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 511 / 592 991 50, Email: info@homezinno.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent back normally by post due to their nature (freight goods) are estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 euros per such item.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the depreciation is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of concluding the contract.
Connected/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to you. This does not apply if this contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). To avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, you should exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.
General Instructions
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
